It is our greatest honour and privilege to launch the Mynah School of Yoga 200 hour intensive yoga teacher training. This is a school founded out of love for community, learning and elevation of each other. Your lead teachers are Stef Rizvi E-RYT 200 and Kate W. Mak E-RYT 500 with very special guest teacher, Jilaine Beddoe.
At Mynah, it is through community that we flourish and we are so proud to have these teachers guide you in your 200 hour for the depth of their knowledge, their passion for yoga and their complementary styles to each other. A 200 hour yoga teacher training will take you deeper into your own personal practice and prepare you to teach yoga. We will start the journey together in uncovering the rich history and depth of yoga by diving into philosophy and what it means to live our yoga.
Mynah believes in giving you the skills to be your own unique teacher in the safe space of community. We want each graduate to feel strong enough to take flight and harness their individuality. It is with the greatest responsibility that we accept your admission with the duty to not only fulfill the requirements of a 200 hour training but to elevate you beyond that.
Applications are being invited and accepted. In the event that your application is not accepted, your deposit will be refunded to you in full.
